After many unsuccessful experiments in shooting lightnings, this time I got it! The choice of parameters is always critical as well as very difficult. I chose a long exposure time, just to be able to catch the subject. Concurrently, I used a low ISO speed to reduce noise and to prevent from overexposing the light. Usually, the time between two lightnings is quite constant. Therefore, just try to measure it and good luck. Continue reading...

This was one of my first experiments with long time exposures. Unfortunately, the place where I live is not suitable for taking this kind of photos, due to a very high light pollution. However, the trees helped me in having a clear image of the Ursa major constellation. Continue reading...

It was a rainy day when I had the idea of shooting drops. The experiment, in this case, was carried out during the post-production process, by giving a blue color just to the drop. I liked the result so much, I do not know why. Continue reading...

I performed this experiment after being inspired by some images found in the Juzaforum. It consists in zooming while exposing, that's why I called it 'Meanwhile-zooming'. The most difficult step concerns the zooming time, of course. Continue reading...
